Q2. How do I place an order?

A2.  To purchase in SeagullAire.com, you should follow the Steps below:

Step 1: Register an account at www.seagullaire.com
Step 2: Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and add to cart
Step 3: Go to Cart and Checkout
Step 4: Key in delivery details
Step 5: Select payment method & key in details
Step 6: Select your preferred delivery method and kindly check the shipping and billing address
Step 7: Key in Voucher code (if any) and check out to continue with the payment
Step 8: Receive order confirmation via email.

 

Q3. How do I Track my order status?

A3.  If you have purchased an items, just sign in with your email address and password at SeagullAire.com, click on “My Orders”, you can check the status of your order online at any time.

Your order/tracking numbers will be given in each communication email we sent regarding your confirmation order.

 

Q4. How much will I pay for the purchased products shipping?

A4.  The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order.

 

Q5. If I place an order with multiple items/different types of items, how will my shipping fee be charged?

A5.  It depends on the products are fulfilled from, some of the light weight products are eligible for free delivery to West Malaysia. However, some high value, bulky items, discounted items or special delivery products are not eligible for free delivery.

Therefore, when you order several products in a single transaction, these products shipping fees will be charged on the weight and condition itself.

A1.  We support the following payment options at SeagullAire.com :

Q2. Can I collect purchased products/goods by-self to void shipping fees?

A2.  Yes. We may request you to make the full payment and provide the collect dates and information and collect within our outlets operation hours, the shipping fees will be rebate on the spot of the collection day. (We will require collector IC/ Passport & Contact Numbers).

Q3. Are there any transaction fees or other hidden fees I should worry about?

A3.   You will be charged 6% of GST for any purchases in SeagullAire.com. If you are using the Payments method by Seagull Gateway, you will have to pay only the credit card processing fee. If you accept any other type of payment on SeagullAire.com (e.g cash bank-in, external debit, cash on delivery etc.) you will not have to pay a transaction fee of any sort.

 

Q4. How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

A4.  Notification will be sent via sms and email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation. In the event if after the aforementioned period there is no confirmation, kindly contact us at www.seagullaire.com/contact-us/ to clarify on purchase status.

 

Q5. Do you keep my credit card details?

A5.   SeagullAire.com is firmly committed to protect your privacy. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to banks.

Q6. Where can I request an official receipt?

A6.  To request an official receipt, you may send your request to www.seagullaire.com/contact-us/ .We will assist you right away.

For items purchased/services, official receipts will be issues when orders are completely delivered. (The invoice will be included on the delivery.) All official receipts or service record will be sent via email.

 

Q7. What is Direct Debit Payment?

A7.  A Direct Debit Payment authorises someone to collect payments from your account when they are due. The authorisation can be done on our webpage by completing the Direct Debit Mandate form. Once authorised, the agreed payments amount will be automatically deduct from your bank account and paid to SeagullAire.com as agreed.

 

Q8. What is FPX?

A8.  FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is a payment channel that allows you to make payment via online real-time through your current or savings account. All you need is an Internet banking account with any of FPX participating banks.

 

Q9. How can I use IBG to pay for my order at SeagullAire.com using mobile device or Internet Banking IBG?

A9.  Please follow simple steps below:

  • Place an order/Buy an item at SeagullAire.com
  • Select “Bank Transfer” as your preferred payment option
  • Jot down the Order ID created for your order
  • Login to your own bank’s Internet or Mobile banking services
  • Look for ‘Fund Transfers”, then select Interbank GIRO from the list of Fund Transfers services available.

  • Fill up all the required info and upload your payment receipt in a ready form to proof the payment is made.
  • Done and wait for the purchased items to be delivered to your doorstep.

 

Q10. What is Interbank GIRO (IBG)?

A10.  Interbank GIRO (IBG) is an electronic fund transfer payment system which allows transfer of money in between participating financial institutions within Malaysia. The IBG system is managed by MyClear, a subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia.
