Delivery Method

All orders are delivered using land transport in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. We do not provide outstation delivery at this time of writing.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We are currently offering delivery charges of RM30 for order below RM 500, and any order above RM 900 is charges for RM20 delivery in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur.
Delivery charges does not include accessories such as cables, plugs, vacumm bags, spare parts as such meaning delivery shall not be made if you order a cable, plugs or other accessories.

Delivery Time

Kindly allow 1 day for processing and it should take approximately 2 to 3 days to arrive at your selected shipping address.

Refund

Since all goods or products is provided ‘as is basis’ only, we DO NOT currently offer any refund towards your purchase. However, on certain circumstances, we may exchange if products are defective upon delivery. Consideration for refund is done on a case to case basis only.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

SeagullAire.com ships to all states in Malaysia. Our Primary Shipping partner is GDEX Express Courier. GDEX is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak & Singapore. However, you should allow 2-3 working days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 1 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for the delivery.

The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 12noon (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order by next working day, provided we receive your payment information before 12noon.

If you have given us an undeliverable address or incomplete contact information, resulting in the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping for resending the parcel.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Goods sold are not returnable. All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Please notify us within 2 days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item from us. We will try our best to arrange an exchange for you.

Kindly make sure that your order is the correct item before you check out from the payment gateway. There shall be no exchanges due to wrong order placed.

In the rare event that your order does not arrive, notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
